It Was Amazing!

I went to a Wizards of Waverly Place Taping today, June 10, 2008, and it was amazing! I didn't know that the cast meets the audience after the show, so i was totally caught off guard when i saw them coming up to us to sign autographs and everything. Once the show was over, I ran to the front of the railing and David was coming near me. I guess a lot of the girls around me had already been to many previous tapings, so no one asked for an autograph or anything. He was looking at all of us, motioning if anyone wanted an autograph, and I immediately stuck my paper in his face. It was an email I had printed out for the taping, and the only paper I had for him to sign. He looked at it awkwardly, and began reading it, I got embarrased, and I said "oh, it's an email that I printed out, I had no paper" and he laughed and he said "oh, I thought it was a message for me" lol.
He was so friendly, and when I asked for a picture, he said "of course" but it was very difficult since I was on a higher level then him, and there was a railing. He had to take my phone and take the picture himself. I wasn't very satisfied with my picture because it didn't come out very good, but he looked fine. lol Later he decided to just climb on top of the railing, so it'd be easier to take pictures with everybody. Aw, isn't he such a gentlemen?? So after my friend took a picture with him, I asked him if I could take another picture with him, he was so nice about it, and he said "sure". It was the best day of my life. :]

Disney Channel Games

On Friday, May 2, I got a tip from some woman saying that all the participants of the Disney Channel Games were going to be in Epcot (Disney) for a red carpet event. I went and walking down the carpet was David! I called him over and he stopped and talked to me for a little. He was so sweet. Then I asked for a picture with him and he's like "Well, I'm really not suppose to but for you I will." It was amazingggggg!
Then, at the Disney Channel Games concert, I was WAYY in the front and I was beside the gate seperating the mosh-pit from the VIP section. The VIP section had all the Disney stars. Miley Cyrus was performing, so I was dancing around like a retard and then David came over to me and started dancing with me. It was hilarious and amazing. Then he said he had to go for a little but he'd be back to dance more. So he left and then came back and asked to take a picture with me! (I didn't ask him!!) He was so sweet and after that I became completely obsessed with him.

My meeting with David Henry

Sometime in June my bff Becky and I went to the set of Wizards of Waverly Place. We had never heard of the show but my moms friend was close with the stunt coordinator. So we went in, not knowing what to expect, and our first sighting was Selena, Jake, and David jumping on the trampoline with Selena's i-pod blaring. Then we got to watch them go around and around pushing and shoving each other dancing. Anyway, long story short, after they were done Becky and I got to talk to Jake T. and then we went and sat with David for a little while and got a picture. And lemme just say that he is tall! Anyway, hope you like the picture. It was awesome meeting him, he's obviously talented.

Meeting David on the Set of Wizards

Date: July 13, 2007 and August 17, 2007
On July 13th, 2007, I went to a taping of Wizards of Waverly Place with my friend JoAnna. We'd never heard of the show since it wasn't being aired yet so we didn't know what to expect. The episode was called Quinceanera. It ended up being a really funny show and we were excited to meet the cast after.
Selena Gomez, Jennifer Stone, and Jake T. Austin all came up into the studio audience to meet the fans, but I didn't see David at first. Then I saw that he was on set taking a picture with two girls. A lot of us were waiting up in the audience right above him, and before they took the picture he turned around and said "I'll get to you guys as soon as I can" which was cool. So we got to meet him and get a picture and autograph. When we asked to take a picture, he climbed up on something in order to get up to our level instead of being on the floor. I saw someone before us get a picture and he didn't do that, so my friend and I kind of felt special.
JoAnna and I were talking during the show and we both thought David reminded us of Mitchel Musso (no one else seems to think so though..), so when we met him she asked him if anyone ever told him that he looked like him. David's reply was "I look like Mitchel Musso.... I've never gotten that before!". I think he might have thought it was weird that we asked that, but that's ok.
On August 17th, we were lucky enough to get to go to another taping and meet David again after the show. The episode was called Art Museum Piece. This time, we talked to him so much more. We reminded him about what we said last time and he remembered and told us he still didn't see the resemblance. haha. We also talked to him about seeing him at the High School Musical 2 premiere 3 days before when we wanted to meet him but we didn't get to. He was really nice and funny and he even signed an autograph for my sister who didn't get to come. Even though this was over half a year ago, it feels like it barely happened and we both really want to go see the show again someday.

I Met The Amazing David Henrie

Well I met the amazing David Henrie on February 2, 2008 at a Jonas Brothers concert In Los Angeles, California. I had tickets to the 4:00pm show and the 8:00 show (David was attending the latter). The people that worked at the  Gibson amphitheater (where the show was being held) told me I had to exit the amphitheater after the 4:00 show and re-enter to get into the 8:00 show.
So just as I was walking out of the gate away from the theater, who do I see, but David Henrie, holding hands with his girlfriend Lucy Hale walking towards the theater. They walked right past me (in the opposite direction), but I saw him and two seconds later, I don't know how it happened, but I was walking in the same direction as him. I was with my cousin and she had no idea what was going on, but she followed me too.
We got to the exit gates and I didn't know what to do, should I start screaming? should I start taking pictures, should I kiss him? Well those were all bad ideas, but nobody else recognized him. So, I walked calmly up to him and tapped him on the shoulder. We started talking, first about wizards, then I asked if him and Lucy were going to the Jonas Brothers concert and they said yes; it was funny because just as I said to Lucy that I saw the 4:00 show and it was "awesome", she asked me if it was "awesome". Well I asked to take a picture, and I did, but by then girls were starting to notice David and they began to swarm, so I continued talking to Lucy for a little while longer, but eventually they both had to go inside. He was adorable and she was so beautiful, and they were both so nice, I'm actually surprised to say, but Lucy seemed nicer than David, but that was probably because girls were swarming around him, not her.

I Met David Henrie on Saturday

Hello to All!
Well, first off, I'm new to this board! I noticed that there is surprisingly NOT alot of David Henrie fan sites! I think this is the only once I've come across so far, but I like it a lot! Just saying =]
So, yesterday, I was at my friend's house, and I recieved a phone call from another one of my friends, and she was freaking out. She told me that David Henrie was doing a signing at Tysons Corner, which is the mall that I live near. So, haha, of course, I start freaking out. We had to wait for the rest of our friends to arrive until we left. The signing started at 2:30 and it was almost 5 PM. So, when we left, I didn't think he was still going to be there, but I brought my camera just in case.
So, we get there, and I'm like, "Is David Henrie still here?" and no one really knew who I was talking about, so I just walked around. Then, I see the line to meet him, and I go over to the line. But, right as we are getting there, David gets up to go to the bathroom, and he has a security guard in front of him, and like...four behind him. But, the thing is, I had NO IDEA that this guy was David, haha. His hair was longer, so I didn't recognize him at first. So, me, being stupid as I am, I CUT David Henrie off. And I didn't even know it. I turned around, and I realized it was him, and he smiled at me and continued on his walk to the bathroom.
   
So after freaking out about the fact that I had cut David Henrie off, we went into the line to go meet him. It only took five minutes of waiting until we got up to him. When I went up to him, he looked up at me, and said, "Hi, sweetie! How are you doing today?" and he reached for one of his pictures. I said, "I'm good, how are you?" and he replies with, "Awesome," and he signs the picture. The guy sitting next to him, which I guessed was his manager, told me to take pictures of him signing while I had the chance. So, I took a few pictures of him, and then he hands me the picture. I said, "Thank you so much," and he said, "Thanks so much for coming out," and he smiles at me and watches as I leave.
It was beyond like...haha anything I ever expected. It was completely random, and totally uncalled for. I was not expecting this. I took a LOT of pictures, but these are just a few. Yeah, haha.
